Garlic Green Beans
1 lb fresh green beans, stem ends removed
¼ cup of our Garlic Infused Olive Oil plus more for drizzling
½ cup of chopped parsley
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Cook the beans to taste in salted water (We suggest 3 minutes at the boil). Immediately rinse under cold water or plunge into ice water. Drain well and set aside. You can do this some time before the meal.
Heat the oil in a 10 inch skillet and add the beans and half the parsley. Toss constantly until the beans are well coated with the oil and heated through. Season generously with salt and pepper. Plate and drizzle with additional garlic oil and garnish with the remaining parsley. This dish should burst with the flavour of the garlic and the parsley.
